Malcolm's 360 degree support has transformed my whole approach to the website and is such a revelation after working with developers who suffer from the tunnel vision of a design-led aproach to web development. Thankfully I discovered Malcolm on a forum just about a year ago when our then website was plodding along but with vast sums (in thousands) of money being paid to Google for adwords taking any kind of profit we were making.
